Breaking Barriers: a program between Brazil and Canada is bringing together researchers, students, and trainees to explore the fascinating world of immunology across host barriers. Over two days, experts from Brazil and Canada will discuss immune responses at the skin, mucosal surfaces, gastrointestinal tract, liver, and airways, highlighting topics such as host–pathogen interactions, immune regulation, microbiota, vaccination strategies, and neuroimmune development. The program will also feature flash talks and poster sessions, creating opportunities for young scientists to share their research and build international collaborations. Join us as we strengthen scientific connections and advance discoveries in immunology beyond borders.
