The Conference on Intelligent and Sustainable Systems aims to be an annual conference held in Sorocaba, to strengthen ties between academia, government, and local industry, stimulate cutting-edge research in the region, and attract national and international partnerships. Its central objective is to bring together different workshops related to research that advance discussions on the state-of-the-art of emerging technologies and their applications to the major environmental challenges of our time. During the event, there will be presentations of scientific papers, both in oral sessions and poster sessions. The proceedings of the event will be published later (we are currently in negotiations with Springer for publication in its "Communications in Computer and Information Science" (CCIS) series, where we have already obtained partial approval, with full approval of publication contingent on the quality of the top 5 papers accepted at the conference and the volume of papers received). The submission of papers is open until April 30, 2026 (hard deadline, no extensions), and notification of acceptance will be on June 30, 2026. Papers should be submitted in PDF format, using Springer's CCIS template, with a maximum of 10 pages (including references).
