Latin American countries have an urgent need to share, join efforts, and grow together in many areas, especially those that can lead us to improve the educational level of our peoples. Learning technologies can be considered by many as the cornerstones of a new educational era under development. LACLO, the Latin American Conference on Learning Technologies, has been the active forum for Latin American countries for more than 20 years to discuss existing technological alternatives that can be applied to our regional contexts.
